Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy begins from the order date. All replacements, returns, refunds, and exchanges must be initiated through customer support within this period.

Order Cancellation

All our products are printed on demand and crafted specifically for each order. Because of this, cancellations or modifications are only possible for most orders within 1-3 hours after purchase.

To cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.



Replacements

If you’ve encountered an issue with your order, we can assist with replacements for the following situations and conditions.

Manufacturer Errors, Defects, or Damages

If we ship you the wrong item or if an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error, we will send a replacement to you.

  • Please provide photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item to expedite the replacement process.
  • In some cases, returning the item may be required. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided if needed.


Shipping Damage

If your order was damaged due to shipping or delivery mishandling, please provide photos of the damage to request a replacement.

  • In some cases, returning the item may be required. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders include tracking. We recommend tracking your package and contacting the carrier directly if needed.

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it.

  • We do not monitor individual deliveries, so customers must notify us within 30 days of the ship date if their package has not arrived. After this period, we will not be able to assist with a replacement.

If tracking shows delivery, but you claim non-receipt:

  • Ensure the shipping address provided upon ordering is complete and correct.
  • Check with other household members who may have picked it up for you, neighbors who may have received it by mistake, and double-check with your local post office or carrier to confirm delivery details.
  • You may be able to file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement.
  • Orders with Shipping Protection (shipping insurance) may be eligible for a replacement. Please contact customer service to initiate a claim.


Personalization Errors

For personalization errors made during ordering, pleaseΒ contact us immediately to request changes before production begins.

  • Verify your personalization selections and spelling in your confirmation email and on your personalized order page.
  • Once production has started, items with incorrect personalization are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
  • If we are unable to update the personalization due to an order having started production, we can offer a personalized discount for reordering.

If we ship you an item personalized for someone else, we will replace it with your correct item.




Personalized, Sale or Clearance Items

All sales are final on items that are personalized, on sale, or on clearance. These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we want to make the process as smooth as possible, so please review the conditions and return process steps below.

Eligibility

Eligible returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following items and conditions must be met:

  • Items must be non-personalized.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Your return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns must be placed in the mail within 7 days of the shipping return label issuance date.

Ineligible returns:

The following items and conditions are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from customer support or sent to the manufacturer's address.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items returned after 7 days from the issuance of a return shipping label.

How to return

1. Email customer service with your request.

2. Your request will be reviewed. If accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

3. Package your return using the provided label and ship it within 7 days of the return label being issued.

4. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs and a 30% processing fee. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your institution.

Please note: Original shipping charges and shipping protection insurance (if applicable) are non-refundable.



Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete when placing an order.

  • Please double-check your address for accuracy, including apartment or unit numbers, street names, and zip codes, before submitting your order.
  • If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout but that address was incorrect, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Change or Edit Address

If you notice an error or incomplete address after placing your order,Β email us immediately. We will make every effort to assist, but please note that once an order has completed processing or has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.


Return to Sender

If you provided the correct shipping address when placing an order, and your order is returned to us by the mail carriers, we will reship it to the same address, free of charge.

If the incorrect shipping address is provided when placing an order, and your order is returned to us by the mail carriers, we will reship it to you.

  • The customer pays a shipping fee to cover the cost of reshipping to a different address.
  • If you choose not to have us reship your order, we will refund you. The refund will be altered to deduct the original shipping cost, shipping insurance (if applicable), and a 30% processing fee.
