This is my second purchase for my second granddaughter. Iβve almost filled my first granddaughterβs book so I will be ordering another one soon. The quality of the paper and cover are excellent. The binding has stayed together. Iβm very happy with my purchase.
So happy I was scrolling through Facebook and found this site. I wouldβve never known that this was available to customize for my granddaughter. Iβm looking forward to going back and chronicling our first days together when she was born and then keeping up with it as I see her weekly. My family has a long history of journaling. We have journaling history back to 1977 when we built a home on 44 acres on family property. Thank you for this high-quality plant based cover beautiful book.
Nice journal but cover much darker therefore the writing is very difficult to see.

Update to original 4-star review. Journal was received and nice but def had some flaws-warped pages and cover. So I took off a star in my review. I was contacted immediately by the company and they had already sent a replacement, which was received in great shape. Outstanding customer service. This company really cares about its product and customers. I canβt wait to start writing letters to our new granddaughter in this nice journal. It is absolutely worth the βSaleβ price of $30.

I only wish I had seen this BEFORE my first granddaughter was born! Such an awesome way to document her growing up. I plan on giving it to her when she turns 18.
I was very excited when I got my books. They are very well made and will be a great memory when my grandsons are grown. Great idea. Would recommend to everyone
So the exterior of the book is not quite as good as what I see in the pictures. The lettering on the book I received looks βprintedβ and you can see the book cover grain in the lettering. The pictures online have a more professional look and appear to be βengraved β almost. Definitely a different look than I expected. Time will tell if the book can last for my granddaughter to read the letters years from now.
We absolutely LOVE this little journal! We are expecting our little one in December and have already been writing letters about our pregnancy journey. Our son will know just how much he was loved before ever even entering into this world. Can't wait to share these with him when he is older! π₯°

My daughter had said that she wanted me to start right letters to my granddaughter , who is 2.5 years old, to have when sheβs older. My own mother passed when my daughter was 12. She would have loved to had letters and things from my mother. So after she expressed an interest for me to do this , what did I see?! This beautiful journal. Expected the letters on the leather cover to be stamped. Instead, they were printed which won't likely last a year, much less 18 years.

The lettering is printed, but uses a special technique with a hardened material on top of the print to help it keep its vibrant appearance and increases the printing durability. We use this same printing technique on wallets and those see a lot of wear and tear, so a journal that is loved and well-kept should definitely last as a keepsake to pass onto your recipient!

I truly love this so much I just reposted it on my Facebook and my friends went wild. If you want to spend your money on something that is completely worth it this is it. This is something that my children will hold close to their heart.

I ordered two books (one boy, one girl) since I have twins. I love the idea and they are just what I was looking for. They shipped quickly. The only thing that bothers me is that they both arrived with a little damage on the front β like the got a little scrunched in shipping, or something. Itβs minor, but itβs on the front cover so it bothers me a bit. Wouldnβt really notice if it was on the back cover.

A nice journal and a clever idea for all Grandmas. It is a dark brown and the personalization doesn't stand out. I would prefer a different color lettering.
