Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- We offer Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) and Priority Shipping (1-2 business days) when available with transit times depending on your location. Please note that Priority Shipping is not available for all products; availability will be shown at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.
- If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout but that address was incorrect, it will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer must contact us within 30 days of the order date. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for reshipping or refund options.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you havenβt received it:
- Ensure the shipping address provided upon ordering is complete and correct.
- Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.
- If your package was marked as delivered but is missing, we are unable to replace it unless you purchased shipping protection at checkout. If you did, you may be eligible for a replacement as outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
- Missing Packages (Not Marked as Delivered): If tracking does not show delivery and your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the ship date to request assistance. If confirmed lost by customer service, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you. We do not monitor individual deliveries, so customers must notify us if their package has not arrived.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside our control. We recommend tracking your package and contacting the carrier directly for updates, as we do not have additional information beyond what is provided by the shipping carrier.
